We encourage all of our customers to create an account on our website in order to be able to keep track of your orders. Just click on “My Account” in the menu and follow the steps to create one.
Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to make changes to your order. Please note that the change might not alway be possible, if the order has already been processed.
Your items can be split into separate deliveries depending on the size of your order and quantity of items. Also, we ship from various warehouse across the country.

Polycarbonate sheets are classified as a bespoke cut to size item and are not refundable due to incorrectly placed order. Please double check the width, length and colour of the sheets you are ordering before placing the order.
Any damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please take photos of the issues and email those to contact@tgsupplies.co.uk
