This page tells you information about us and the legal terms and conditions on which we sell any of the products listed on our website to you.

These terms will apply to any contract between us for the sale of our products to you. Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them, before ordering any products from our site. Please note that before placing an order you will be asked to agree to these terms.

You should print a copy of these terms or save them to your device for future reference.

We amend these terms from time to time as set out in clause 13. Every time you wish to order products, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms which will apply at that time.

2.1 Product images

The images of the products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your devices’s display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the products. Your products may vary slightly from those images.

2.2 Packaging

The packaging of the Products may vary from that shown on images on our site.

2.3 Product Availability

All Products shown on our site are subject to availability. We will inform you by email as soon as possible, if the product you have ordered is not available and we will not process your order if that is the case.

2.4 Size tolerances for plastics sheets

For all polycarbonate sheets whether multiwall or solid a cutting tolerance of +/-10mm applies.

The content on our site is provided for general information only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. You must obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of the content on our site.


3.1 Your use of our website is governed by our Terms & Conditions. Please take time to read these as they include important terms which apply to you.


4.1 Placing your order

Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each stage of the order process.

4.2 Accepting your order

We must receive payment of the whole price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm receipt of your order by sending an email to you. Our acceptance of your order begins with the email “Your order is now being processed” which starts a legally binding contract between us. We will generate a unique order reference number for your purchase and share it with you upon confirming your order. Please have this number ready whenever you reach out to us while in need of assistance.

4.3 Rights to the contract

This contract is only between you and us and no other party has any other rights to any of those terms & conditions.

4.4 Transferring the rights to the contract

You can only transfer your rights under this contract to another party, if this was earlier agreed with us. However, we reserve the rights to transfer our obligations under these terms & condition to another party.


5.1 Notifying us about the wish to change your order

If your order needs amending for any reason, you are required to email us as soon as possible at or alternatively send us a message through our web chat. Our team will review your request and will inform you whether the requested change is possible to be made. You will also be informed about any additional costs, if there are any regarding making the change to your order. You will then be asked whether you wish to proceed with your requested change.

5.2 Rights to reject requests for order changes

We reserve the right to reject the request to amend your order when it is already processed for delivery or despatched at which stage we are no longer able to change it.


6.1 Collection notification

Do not arrive to the designated collection point prior to receiving a notification stating that your order is ready to collect.

6.2 Collection timeframes

Depending on what you order, you might be able to collect your goods instantly, if they are available at the given collection point, or might need to wait up until 7 working days until we get the goods in for you to collect.

6.3 Availability of products for collection

7.1 Liability if you are a Consumer

TG Supplies is not liable for any delays in transit, incorrectly provided shipping addresses, delays caused by supply shortages, incorrectly ordered and delivered bespoke or cut to size products, any other failures, defects or delays outside of our control, or any agreements with contractors you hire prior to ensuring you have all of the materials ready to carry out your job. We always recommend placing orders well in advance and not commencing any work prior to receiving and checking your goods.

7.2 Liability if you are a Business

We will under no circumstances whatever be liable to you arising under or in connection with the contract for any loss of profit, sales or business opportunity

7.2 Delivery methods

Whilst we do our best to hold the majority of our products in stock, due to the large variety of products we offer, this is not always feasible. As a result, your order might be shipped directly from the manufacturer or supplier.

7.3 Delivery timeframes

We deliver the goods generally within 1–7 working days via our Standard Delivery service. Please note that freight items such canopies, polycarbonate sheets and other roofing products may take up to 15 working days to be delivered. Orders are only delivered from Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. We do not offer deliveries over weekends. Your delivery timeframe will be provided to you via email and should serve as a guide only as deliveries can be impacted by many external factors such as seasonality or delays in transit.

7.4 Delivery of bulky items

For any of our bulky products such as polycarbonate sheets or roofing products, we can only offer one man curb side delivery. If you order oversized sheets, which are not possible to be handled by one person, you must offer assistance with unloading upon delivery. The delivery driver will instruct you, if any assistance is required. If there is nobody present at the property, the driver will do the best to leave your delivery in a safe place. If this is not possible, the driver will redeliver but you will be charged for a second delivery attempt. If you decide to refuse the delivery for any other reason that the goods being damaged, you will be charged a fee of £45 for the return.

7.5 Next Day delivery

If Next Day delivery is available for your selected products, it will be displayed as a choice at the checkout. Our cut-off time for Next Day delivery is 10:30am. If you place your order for Next Day delivery after 10:30am, it will be shipped the following working day. We only ship during our our standard opening hours from Monday to Friday.

7.6 Shipping cost

The cost of delivering your order to your location will be visible to you at the checkout prior to making the payment. Please be aware that there are additional delivery charges to some remote locations in the UK such as Highlands, the Isles and Northern Ireland. If you are based in any of those delivery restricted areas, please get in touch with us prior to placing your order to find out whether we can deliver the goods to you and at what cost.

7.7 Separate deliveries

Your order might be shipped from various warehouses, which could mean your order could be split in more than a single delivery.

7.8 Accepting delivery

Please remember, upon receiving your order or when collecting from our collection points, you must unwrap and check the goods yourself. We are unable to accept any claims for damages afterwards. Any claims for missing items must raised with us within 48 hours of delivery. This is because the items often get damaged or go missing on site.

7.9 International shipping

We ship our products worldwide and export to many locations across Europe, North and South America and Australia. Due to the wide range of products we offer, size and weights restrictions for exports, you must get in touch with us prior to placing your order, if you require your goods to be shipped internationally to seek our acceptance.


8.1 Timber and timber related products

Cracks, splits, shakes, warping/twisting are natural timber properties and are not considered defects under our terms&conditions.

8.2 Timber pergolas & carports

Any timber pergolas and carports listed on our website are bespoke made to measure products. Once your order comes through, your kit is scheduled into our manufacturing facility and production process begins. Standard lead times on the timber kits vary from 10 to 14 working days. Please note that during peak season, this timeframe might be extended up to 21 working days depending on volume of orders. 9.1 Responsbility for the delivered goods

The goods become yours and are your responsibility from the time they are delivered to your provided address.

9.2 Responsible storage of the delivered goods

Large majority of freight items are packed in bubble wrap to minimise any possible damage from occurring while being in transit. Your are responsible for removing the packaging as soon as the delivery arrives to avoid heat buildup inside the protective wrap, which can cause plastics to deform while being exposed to sunlight.

9.3 Damages occurred due to improper storage

Any claims for damaged goods, which occurred due to not following our storage advise, will be rejected.


10.1 Cancellation requested by you

We are only able to cancel orders free of charge at your request, if they have not been processed and do not involve any of our bespoke products such supplying plastics sheets, timber or aluminium canopies

10.2 Cancellation because of a price error

We reserve the right to cancel any order where we discover a price error

10.3 Cancellation because of a supply shortage

We reserve the right to cancel any order due supply shortages.

10.4 Cancellation because of no longer supplying the product

We reserve the right to cancel any order for a product, which we have stopped supplying it.

10.5 Cancellation because of undeliverable location

We reserve the right to cancel any order for a product, if it was ordered to a location to which we do not offer delivery.

10.6 Changing your mind

If you change your mind within 14 days of placing your order and wish to return the goods, please inform us about this via email. The return process, which you will need to follow, is described here.

10.7 Informing about change of mind. If you have changed your mind, please email us at where our team will review your request and process it accordingly.

10.8 Bespoke products

The right to change your mind does not apply to any our bespoke goods that are made to order, such as all our canopies whether timber or aluminium, pergolas, and any of the plastic sheets which are always a cut to size product.

10.9 If your order cannot be fulfilled

If for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you either via email, text message or a phone call. This might occur because of supply shortages, deliveries not covering your area, general stock issues, or because we have discovered a pricer error. We also reserve the right to terminate the contract with anyone for any reason at any time. If that is the case, your order will be cancelled instantly, and a full refund issued to your original source of payment.


11.1 Returning goods

You must notify us about the wish to return any of the ordered goods. The return process is described at

11.2 Cost of return

Unless the products are faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us. Also, the original cost of delivering the goods to you will not be refunded.

11.3 Refund processing

We will refund you the price you paid for the goods excluding delivery costs, to the original source of payment you have used to place your order. However, we may deduct from the price, if we find the goods have been used or arrived damaged while being returned to us due to improper packaging.

11.4 Refund lead times

Refunds are issued within 14 days from the day on which we receive the goods back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence satisfactory to us that you have sent the goods back to us.


12.1  We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under the contract that is caused by an event outside of our control or a third party.

12.2 An Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.

12.3 Our obligations under a Contract will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control. Where the Event Outside Our Control affects our delivery of Products to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the Event Outside Our Control is over.


13.1 We reserve the right to amend these terms & conditions whenever one of following applies:

13.1.1 We face a change in our business operations and need to amend our terms & conditions to accurately reflect that.

13.1.2 There is a change to how your payment is being processed.

13.1.3 There are changes in regulatory requirements.


15.1  Each paragraph of these terms operates on its own. If any court or any other relevant authority decides that any of these conditions are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full effect.
