How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs can vary depending on product and quantity, this means that delivery costs are given in the basket based on what you’re looking to order. Delivery costs are based on product availability* and delivery within the UK Mainland. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands may incur additional costs. If you are located in the Scottish Highlands or Islands please contact us before placing the order.
*We use distribution partnerships to deliver many of our building materials such as polycarbonate sheets. Delivery of such materials may be unavailable to the Scottish Highland & Islands due to their remote location and distance from our partners’ branch networks. If delivery isn’t available to your location then this should be displayed in the basket after you have entered your postcode.
How long does delivery take?
The vast majority of orders are delivered in 3 to 5 working days, however, some products are on a longer lead time so please take note of the estimated delivery time given on the product page before you place an order.
Please note that delivery lead times for polycarbonate sheets and accessories can very depending on the volume of orders and can take from 3 to 15 working days for processing.
We use an efficient mix of 3rd party couriers, manufacturers’ own transport, and distribution partnerships to ensure that customers receive a fast and competitive delivery service.
Deliveries are made between 8 am and 6 pm Monday to Friday.
Small parcels up to 120cm
You will be provided with a delivery date or tracking information (if available), this will be emailed to you once your order has been processed. If delivery can’t be made because of access issues or nobody being at the property then extra charges may apply for additional delivery attempts or it will be left in a safe place, if possible. We require a valid contact number or email address as in some cases the courier may contact you directly to arrange a suitable time to deliver your order, especially if the order is palletised or if you’re in a remote location.
