Heavy Duty Galvanised Reinforced Angle Bracket Corner Brace Connector – L Shape
Build stronger, more secure timber connections with our Heavy Duty Galvanised Reinforced Angle Brackets. Manufactured from 1.5mm thick galvanised steel and formed with an integral reinforcement rib, these brackets provide a rigid, dependable connection for timber framing, structural timberwork and general construction applications.
Unlike a standard lightweight angle plate, the reinforced L-shaped profile increases rigidity around the 90° bend, helping the bracket resist movement and maintain a secure connection between adjoining components.
The bracket incorporates multiple fixing holes, allowing screws or other suitable fixings to be positioned across both faces for a strong, evenly distributed connection. Larger 10mm fixing holes provide additional fixing options where required.
The galvanised steel finish provides enhanced protection against corrosion, making the brackets suitable for a wide range of indoor and appropriately protected outdoor applications.
Ideal for professional tradespeople, builders, joiners and demanding DIY projects, these reinforced corner braces are particularly useful wherever a conventional lightweight angle bracket does not provide sufficient rigidity.

Typical Applications
Suitable for connecting and reinforcing CLS timber, timber studs, timber frames, beams, joists, posts, shelving frameworks and other 90° timber joints. They can be used when constructing stud walls, timber frames, garden structures, workshops, storage systems and many other timber projects.
Built for Stronger Timber Connections
The pressed reinforcement significantly stiffens the corner of the bracket, while the broad fixing faces provide plenty of fixing positions. This combination makes the bracket an excellent choice where strength, rigidity and a secure mechanical connection are important.
For best results, select screws, coach screws, bolts or other fixings appropriate for the substrate, timber dimensions and anticipated load.
